Why you'll love this jobThis role is crucial to the success of the Corporate Programs Team within the Sales Programs and Specialty Pricing Organization, part of the Revenue Management Division. The effective candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized. They must have the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and projects to meet or exceed deadlines to improve speed to market as well as simplifying our contracting documents and processes. What you'll doEvaluates strategic opportunities and supports decision-making by analyzing account dataAnalyzes market data and insights to consult directly with American's Corporate Sales Managers Liaises with Joint Business airline partners to improve processes and the customer experience Creates, analyzes, and validates corporate contract terms in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Contracting (PRISM, Anaplan) systemsValidates Agency distribution information and approvals for upload into contracting tools (PRISM)Creates Corporate Travel Agreement Legal Terms, Carrier Addendums, and associated discount terms and agency IATA locations to send via e-signature or hard copy to Account Managers and Corporation signatoriesTransmits Agency Ticketing Instructions with corporate pricing discounts to Revenue Management/ATPCO fare filing via digital tools (Smartsheet)Responds to pricing inquiries from internal and external customers in regards to corporate contracts, sales strategy initiatives and pricing discrepanciesManages multiple Ad-hoc projects for ongoing corporate initiatives in collaboration with different teams across American including Sales, Revenue Management, Finance and MarketingReviews AA's contracting process, report issues and inefficiencies, and proposes actionable improvements.
