About the Role: Data Analyst for Short-Term Contract We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in a critical data migration project. Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to facilitate a smooth data transfer process, addressing technical issues as they arise. Troubleshoot data inconsistencies or discrepancies, implementing effective solutions to maintain data integrity. Perform post-migration data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in the new ATS platform, providing insights for future improvements. Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in data analysis and management. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with specific experience in ATS data migration projects, demonstrating your ability to handle complex data migration tasks.
