Research, design, develop, and test robust, streamlined, automated data collection systems. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field plus 2 years of experience. Employer will accept paid or unpaid experience gained during university studies. Of the required experience, must have experience in each of the following:Designing and maintaining ETL data pipelinesDatabase design and optimization for insurance systemsDeveloping large-scale internal data validation applications and modelsTesting and releasing system components for all stages of data lifecycle managementPostgreSQL and SQL query and schema designCustomizing and integrating open-source libraries into distributed SQL database codebaseMust pass normal background check.
