The <strong>Mid-Level Engineering Technician</strong> will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment. <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li>Install, configure, test, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems at client sites.</li>
<li>Perform inspections, calibrations, and system diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and field repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers and project managers to execute installation and commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Document work performed, prepare reports, and communicate updates with internal teams.</li>
<li>Support remote troubleshooting and customer training when required.</li>
<li>Travel up to <strong>75–90%</strong> of the time across U.S. client locations (expenses covered).</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Associate degree</strong> in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).</li>
<li><strong>3–6 years of hands-on experience</strong> in field engineering, system maintenance, or equipment installation.</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>mechanical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, sensors, or control systems</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures (OSHA, NFPA, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement/calibration tools.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (air and ground).</li>
<li>U.S. work authorization required.</li>
