The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of product management experience in programmatic advertising within the media sector. As a Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for developing the strategy and execution of the Gracenote Advertising Suite, working closely with clients and prospects across the supply chain to understand their business problems and craft a clear product vision. Key Responsibilities Develop the strategy and execution of the Gracenote Advertising Suite, driving product innovation and delivering world-class solutions to the market. Collaborate with clients/prospects across the supply chain, including Publishers, Advertising agencies, Brands, SSPs, DSPs, and Exchanges to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions. Establish and execute product go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing teams. Engage in Business Development activities, creating partnership and commercial opportunities with Commercial and Marketing teams. Manage feature delivery timelines, communicating status, risks, and changes to leaders and stakeholders. Build and maintain a deep understanding of the advertising market and competitive intelligence to guide product decisions and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class tools for global clients, driving cost-effective and quality product development. Conduct ongoing research to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and KPIs, informing value-driven delivery and adoption. Provide pricing guidance to Sales and manage overall business growth for the product line. Anticipate and evaluate risks, making trade-offs to deliver scalable products quickly. Work cross-functionally with Engineers, CX, Designers, TPMs, QAEs, and other Product Managers to deliver on the product roadmap. Create mechanisms to monitor the success of technology against customer outcomes, driving continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with internal and external teams to ensure product adoption and deliver value to large enterprise customers. Work closely with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive user experiences, demonstrating solutions through compelling demos. Serve as the Advertising subject matter expert for Publishers, AdTech, Agency, and Brand clients. Develop and own key performance metrics, guiding deep dives into anomalies, quality reporting, and more. Provide written guidance and documentation for Sales and cross-functional teams to support the product line. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent working experience. At least 5+ years of product management experience in programmatic advertising within the media sector. Preferred skills and experience include: Experience working with Real-Time Bidding (RTB) in the AdTech domain. Experience working with standards bodies in the Programmatic Advertising space. Experience in OTT, CE/CTV, or supporting technology partners who develop products for advanced advertising. Development experience with Gracenote, TMS, ROVI, or other structured entertainment databases. Experience with REST APIs.
