About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Wells Fargo's digital payments offerings, including audience analysis, targeting, channel strategy, positioning, and messaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market research, product, marketing, segment, and channel partners, to drive the development of marketing strategies that cater to the evolving needs of customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for digital payments offerings, including audience analysis, targeting, channel strategy, positioning, and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of marketing strategies that cater to the evolving needs of customers. Continually assess and optimize marketing plans and forecasts for key customer audiences, prioritizing top marketing opportunities based on expected outcomes. Manage complex marketing plans, including test and learn agendas, to drive a cohesive approach to marketing across cross-functional groups and customer segments. Serve as a subject matter expert in customer and digital marketing, providing vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing significant business solutions. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media), or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Product experience with Digital Payments offerings, including digital wallets, P2P, money movement, and mobile card controls. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should have: Experience with emerging digital payments trends and best practices. Knowledge of payments scam/fraud education and prevention strategies. Experience with marketing mobile app solutions. A proven track record of customer analysis to create go-to-market strategies. Experience influencing cross-functional teams and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization. A background in creating strategic marketing roadmaps and integrated marketing experiences. Multi-segment marketing experience and a understanding of the Financial Services industry.
