Job Purpose As a Data Analyst II - Store Analytics, you'll be part of the Store Analytics team, which is critical to driving strategy, measurement, and valuation in our stores. You'll work closely with our Central Operations and Field teammates to uncover key insights and elevate our efficiency and productivity. Your role will involve emerging technologies, data analysis, and activation to deliver a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Analytics & Testing: Synthesize multiple data sources into holistic narratives to address business opportunities and strategic direction. Create reports and derive information from multiple sources to develop cohesive presentations of KPIs. Perform ad hoc, short-term, and mid-term analyses on quantitative and qualitative data to answer business questions. Develop statistically sound test designs with direction and training. Utilize common tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, GCP, Excel) and vendor platforms (Facebook, Instagram, DV360) to query, join, extract, and manipulate raw data. Business Stakeholder Support: Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses to business stakeholders. Support formal and informal training sessions with client groups to enable business stakeholders to answer questions via self-service tools. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred in Economics, Statistics, Liberal Arts, or a Related Field. 1-3 Years of Experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or sports industry. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL, R, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI). GCP or Azure experience. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
