About the JobLead, hire, and develop a growing team of Solutions Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievementDrive team performance through clear metrics, regular coaching, and strategic territory planningDefine and track key performance indicators to continuously improve team effectivenessCoach your team to deliver compelling product demonstrations by establishing processes, training programs, and certification standardsDevelop and optimize pre-sales methodologies and best practices that enable your team to accelerate deal velocityPersonally engage with executive sponsors and key decision makers at our most strategic prospects alongside your teamFoster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned customer engagement strategiesPartner with Product teams as Voice of the Customer, coaching your team to synthesize market feedback that informs product roadmap decisionsAbout YouMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience leading pre-sales teams at B2B SaaS companies with demonstrated success in revenue growth and process improvementProven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing Solutions Consulting teamsDeep expertise in CPG and/or Retail verticals, including strong understanding of Trade Promotion and Retail Price Management/MerchandisingStrong presentation and persuasion capabilities with experience engaging senior executivesExperience developing business processes and strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience analyzing and improving pre-sales performance metrics including win rates and sales cycle accelerationAbility to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer engagementWillingness to travel up to 40%Preferred QualificationsExperience with data analytics platforms in retail/CPG contextsBackground in pricing optimization, promotional analytics, or revenue management technologiesTrack record of successful collaboration with Product and Engineering teams in a customer-facing capacityExperience managing remote or distributed teamsInstacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work.
