Customer Support Representative Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our passionate team at eCom Babes. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospective students, providing exceptional customer experiences while addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues related to our platform and courses. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to the positive reputation of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service mindset and be eager to make a difference in the lives of our users. Your Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional mannerProvide information about courses, services, and educational resources availableTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platformDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate recordsGather customer feedback and relay insights to improve our servicesAssist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through our offeringsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfactionRequirementsPosition Requirements:Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the online education or eCommerce industriesFamiliarity with customer service software and toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEmpathetic and patient attitude towards customersAbility to work independently and manage your time effectivelyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailPassionate about helping others and creating a positive customer experienceFluent in EnglishReliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote workPlease do not contact the company.
