Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasiblity, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, MoldFlow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production. About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Customer Support team as an Off-Site Live or Tele Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support in English through live chat and telecommunication platforms. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently while delivering excellent customer experiences remotely. What You'll Do • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat or telecommunication platforms in English. • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, addressing concerns, and answering questions about products or services. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, providing suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to address customer queries accurately and effectively. • Log detailed customer interactions and feedback into the company's CRM or support systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure a seamless resolution for customers. • Adhere to client and company communication guidelines to maintain a consistent brand voice. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in live chat or telecommunication roles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong self-motivation and time management skills. • Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support software, or telecommunication platforms is a plus. • Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple chat or call conversations simultaneously. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. • Availability to work full-time, adhering to the assigned schedule and time zone requirements.
