We're committed to creating a welcoming workplace where you can build a career for yourself while fulfilling our purpose to keep the world working. **The Role** As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls * Working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour * Enjoy your weekends off!
