Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, addressing their needs, and resolving their challenges in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Utilize multiple computer programs and systems to manage customer interactions, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to pricing, invoicing, and returns, applying credits and implementing return procedures as necessary. Work in a fast-paced environment, using a computer for extended periods, and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously. Essential Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in a related field are a plus. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to commute to our facility from your home for training and occasional onsite work. A dedicated, secure workspace at home that meets our work-from-home requirements. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously. Stable internet connection with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications: What Sets You Apart While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
