About the Role: The EPMO Portfolio Analyst plays a key role in enabling transparency, performance tracking, and strategic visibility across our enterprise portfolio. This role sits within the Enterprise PMO and supports the Product Engineering and Technology organization by helping leaders make informed, data-backed decisions about where to focus, fund, and adjust delivery efforts. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, program leads, and strategic planning partners to ensure the right data is available, reliable, and turned into useful insights. Responsibilities:Manage and maintain portfolio-level data across systems and dashboards. Support tracking of portfolio KPIs, delivery milestones, and financial alignment. Prepare reporting for portfolio governance and leadership reviews. Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio. Provide operational and analytical support for annual planning, quarterly reviews, and reprioritization efforts. Act as a liaison between EPMO, delivery teams, and business stakeholders for reporting and analytics. Partner with tooling teams to continuously improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. What success Looks Like:Portfolio data is clean, current, and supports confident decision-making. Reports and dashboards provide insight, not just information. Stakeholders rely on you for timely and accurate updates. Trends and issues are identified early, allowing leaders to act. Portfolio conversations shift from anecdotal to evidence-based. Candidate Requirements:Required3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO operations, or business/data analysis roles. Strong Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tool skills (Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar). Familiarity with project delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Smartsheet). Clear, concise communicator—able to translate data into business language. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple streams of data and reporting. Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving structures.
