Job Summary Key Responsibilities Welcome and Serve Customers: Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and presentation. Essential Qualifications Age Requirement: Must be 16 years of age or older. Physical Requirements: Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds, with the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Food and Beverage Preparation: Experience in food and beverage preparation, with knowledge of safety and quality standards.
