Position Summary:
As a CSR, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive excellent service and support. You’ll assist both new and existing customers by answering questions, processing changes to policies, handling billing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts when needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and in-person interactionsAssist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims, and general insurance questionsEducate clients on available coverages, products, and discountsMaintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systemsCollaborate with agents and producers to ensure seamless customer experienceSupport retention efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upsellingTranslate documents and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure full understanding of policy details
Qualifications:
4-40 Customer Service License, required 1+ years of experience in an insurance customer service role, requiredBilingual in Portuguese, preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
