Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Ad Partnership Management, WM Connect to lead our team of senior agency development managers in growing our business and partnerships across the independent agency landscape. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for our clients and their team. If you have a proven track record of managing and scaling agency businesses, with experience across small to medium-sized independent agencies, and a passion for driving revenue growth through advertising partnerships, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities As a Director, Ad Partnership Management, WM Connect, you will be responsible for: * Driving the future strategic direction of the business: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion. * Building, inspiring, training, and managing a talented sales and services team: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of senior agency development managers to achieve exceptional results. * Forecasting and allocating resources to drive profitable business results: Analyze market trends and develop effective resource allocation strategies to drive revenue growth. * Understanding client businesses and developing solutions to meet their needs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. * Executing projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development: Conduct in-depth analysis and research to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. * Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. * Consulting with Product Marketing to shape product development in support of client needs: Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients. * Establishing yourself as an industry leader: Develop thought leadership and expertise in the industry to drive business growth and expansion. Preferred Qualifications While a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or a related area is preferred, we also consider candidates with 7 years of experience in advertising, sales, or marketing. Additionally, we prefer candidates with: * eCommerce Marketplace experience: A deep understanding of the search industry and experience working with eCommerce marketplaces. * Marketing Automation and Programmatic Advertising expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing automation and programmatic advertising strategies. * Excellent oral and written communication skills: Strong ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders. * Experience building relationships with senior agency decision makers: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior agency leaders.
