About the Team and Our Mission The Technical Account Consultant (TAC) team plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience within Zoom. Our team builds strong relationships with customers, encourages product usage, and acts as dedicated customer technical consultants. We provide our customers with valuable resources to enable their success with our solutions, effectively manage internal procedures, and work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with one of Zoom's largest customers to ensure their success with Zoom products and services, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and happiness. Act as a technical subject matter expert on Zoom's architecture and collaboration space, providing expert guidance and support to customers. Develop and deploy virtual agents using major conversational AI platforms, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. Integrate virtual agents with backend services, databases, and third-party systems using REST APIs, SDKs, and Webhooks, with the ability to troubleshoot API errors and ensure smooth integration. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, with excellent customer-facing skills and a background in consultation. Participate in occasional onsite client visits, with flexibility to work on weekends and EMEA time zones, including evening shifts, depending on business or customer needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience. At least 6 years of technical support engineering and customer service experience, with a strong background in conversational AI platforms and virtual agent development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, with experience in debugging and enhancing virtual agents. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, with the ability to deploy virtual agents in scalable, cloud-based environments. A solid understanding of core web technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, REST, web sockets, and SSL/TLS. A basic understanding of NLP concepts and how virtual agents process language and handle intents, entities, and dialogue management. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: Project management experience, working within large/enterprise-level and Telco space, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience working with Managed Services and ITIL concepts and practices, with a strong understanding of service management principles. Excellent customer-facing skills and a background in consultation, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
