Position overview:As a Senior Data Developer, you will design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business value for our global clients. Working with modern data stacks in cloud environments, you'll develop robust data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement effective data governance practices. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to process large volumes of data efficientlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usabilityImplement and maintain data quality measures throughout the data lifecycleCreate and optimize dimensional data models to support analytical needsDevelop and maintain Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions for our clientsImplement data governance practices including cataloging and lineage trackingConfigure and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processesRequired skills and QualificationsAdvanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)Experience working with international clientsStrong coding experience with PythonHands-on experience with Snowflake and DBTProven background in data engineering with modern data stacksExperience in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms)Knowledge of data quality practices and implementation methodsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processesExpertise in dimensional data modelingExperience implementing and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutionsUnderstanding of Data Governance principlesNice-to-have SkillsExperience with on-premise data solutionsAdvanced SQL query optimization skillsJoin Our Team:At CI&T, we believe in the power of Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation to create meaningful impact for our clients.
