Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Digital Media Buyer & Strategist to join our team and drive success for our clients through expert Facebook and Google advertising strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing ad accounts, collaborating with our creative teams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ad accounts for She Reigns Creative's clients, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign success. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate closely with our copywriting, design, and video teams to develop compelling and high-converting ad creatives that drive results. Collaborate with our Operations & Project Management teams to improve on processes and procedures around Paid Media as needed. Quality Control and Project Management of assets related to ads campaigns, ensuring we're meeting client and strategy standards (Copy, video, graphics, scripts, etc). Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in media buying to ensure the competitiveness of our campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to clients, maintaining open and effective communication. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of Facebook Ads strategy, including ad copywriting, creative development, audience targeting, and optimization techniques. You'll also need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing Facebook Ad accounts with monthly budgets of $5,000 or more. Proficiency in using communication tools, primarily Slack, is also essential. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Facebook Ads Management is required, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes as necessary is a must. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in managing 20+ ad accounts simultaneously, with the help of a Paid Media Assistant. Experience in driving profitable results for clients by maximizing ad performance and ROI. Strong project leadership skills, with at least 1 year of experience in leading projects and teams. Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in media buying, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
