They play a crucial part in addressing and solving technical issues that arise, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their problems. DevOps Engineers are diligent communicators who use their technical knowledge to perform analyses, troubleshoot and resolve issues, make recommendations for improvements, and execute necessary maintenance to enhance the user experience and system functionality.
