Report to Software Support TL100% Remote (India)FULL Time positions only (working hours US Shift between 8:30PM to 6:30 AM M-F)What you will own A keen analytical mind and advanced problem-solving skills, coupled with a commitment to extraordinary customer experiencePositive attitude and a passion for technologyProven aptitude in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDisplay strong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAt least one year of Customer Support experienceAbility to work 40 hours per weekAbility to prioritize workload that leads to successful outcomes through multiple channels: phone, chat, emailExcellent English-language communication skills, both written and verbalHunger to learn and growRudimentary understanding of what products and services Weave offersBackground in technology, computer skills, and customer serviceBasic computer skillsCritical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issuesWhat you will need to accomplish the job Minimum of 1 year of customer support phone/chat/Email experienceBackground and interest in technology: Must have solid computer skills, and the ability to adapt and learn technology quicklyExperience working with browsers, spreadsheets, and text documents.
